CBC's annual VBS is this July 24th-28th, Monday - Friday, from 9am-12 noon! All children, ages 4 (by September 1st) thru youth entering 6th grade, are invited to register for "Twists and Turns!" 
Spin the spinner, beat the clock, skip ahead, level up, and play to win!
You’ll need to bring your A-game for this VBS! Twists and Turns is a fantastical celebration of games of all kinds. From classic tabletop games to strategy games to video games and more, kids will play their way through VBS in fun locations such as the Bible Study Game Room, Wild Card Crafts and Skip Ahead Snacks! But more importantly, they’ll see Jesus through the eyes of one of His closest friends and discover that trusting Jesus as Savior and following Him changes the game entirely!
Drop Off Procedures
Registration and Check-in tables will be set up outside in front of the building. Please find the appropriate tables for your family.
After completing the necessary check-in procedures, the children will enter the building through the main entrance and find their team in the Commons room. They will remain with this group throughout the day’s activities.
You can fill out the registration form at the church, turn it in or complete it online. We encourage you to fill out the form below and either bring it with you to registration or email it to finance@cbcsunriver.org or plinville47@gmail.com. Every step you complete in advance will speed up the registration process!
The Closing Ceremony will be held on Friday, July 28th, at 11:45 am. All families are invited!
The Family BBQ will follow the closing ceremony on Friday, the 28th.

In keeping with the theme of playing games, our class grouping will have a name and mascot as well as a team color.

Pre-K/K Yellow, Diddys (named for Donkey Kong’s nephew, Diddy Kong)
1st & 2nd Grades Green, Froggers (watch out for cars!)
3rd & 4th Grades Red, Mushrooms (from Mario, of course!)
5th & 6th Grades Blue, Sonics (from Sonic the Hedgehog)
We care about your child’s safety.
All VBS staff have been background checked and trained in child safety. Underage volunteers will work under the supervision of a trained adult. We will have a parking lot crew keeping an eye on vehicles that come and go and direct traffic to maintain safety and flow. We also have a medical team on site each day to assess and appropriately handle any injuries or illnesses that may arise. This year that team includes a Medical Doctor and a PA. Rest assured, we are doing all we can to care for your child while they are entrusted to us.
